Standing at 5,895m/19,340ft, there are few peaks in the world that measure up to the majesty and splendor of Kilimanjaro. It is the most revered, recognized and the highest mountain in Africa and also one of the 7 summits of the world.
Standing at 4,565m/14,947ft, it is Tanzania’s second highest mountain. A mere 70 Kilometres from Uhuru peak, it is not only as high as most mountains in the Alps of Western Europe but it also features a steeper gradient than the gentle-sloped Kilimanjaro.
